Before I looked like I do now, I used to be the chubby, quiet one at school. I didn’t go out on any dates. I didn’t go to the prom, and I never had a girlfriend. After I left school things didn’t get any easier. I couldn’t speak to women and I had no social life. Every time I looked in the mirror all I saw was this white flabby stomach. So what happened to change my life? I got FED UP. I just couldn’t take it anymore and I knew I had to do something about it. So I began my mission learning how to get a six pack fast.


The first thing I tried was hitting the gym hard. When I look back now, I was doing everything wrong. Basically I was doing all the wrong abdominal exercises. I was doing too many reps. I wasn’t taking enough rest days. And pretty soon I was exhausted and despondent.

The next thing I tried was those muscle building supplements: superpump, monster mass, creatinine powder etc. Let me tell you they are not cheap! They don’t taste that great, and the results were less than spectacular.

After several months I had also tried all the major diets. I’ve been on the Atkins, the Low Glycaemic, and the Zone Diet. If you’ve ever been on any of these you’ll know what I mean when I say they leave you feeling “depressed” about eating.
